Fall fun weekend

So it's literally been a month since going to this, I had meant to post the pictures a lot sooner but just got lazy. 😅 I did promise my friend I would so here it is!

I went to a farm/pumpkin patch for the first time and wanted to share some pictures from the weekend. Hope you enjoy.

The day  off with breakfast. We went to a breakfast/brunch restaurant called First Watch. Now I'm not much of a breakfast person, I don't or can't usually eat too early in the morning so I only had a Belgian waffle and a side of bacon.

After eating we made our way to the farm. Of course my favorite part were the animals!! Although they didn't have many it was still fun feeding and petting them.

I even got to pet the alpaca! There was another white one but it didn't care about eating and literally turned it's back on us.

The baby goats were pretty cute but not too interesting.

Charlie the horse was my favorite! We were only allowed to pet and feed him, he actually wanted to steal my whole bag of food.

Along with the animals they had a lot of other attractions like a tracker ride, face painting,  building your own scarecrow and painting pumpkins I think.

And of course they also had a corn maze which was really fun but we did get turned around a few times.

I was honestly a little underwhelmed with the pumpkin patch itself.. in my head I imagined there being a WHOLE lot of pumpkins everywhere and although it was a big space, it wasn't completely filled and they were scattered all over the place. I wish they could have been in rows instead of them being throw out of a box randomly..

Then the following day, which was a Sunday we went to the renaissance festival! It was the last day so we all made sure to go. I love going and seeing everyone dressed up in different costumes. Do you see anyone familiar?

They have different shows going on all the time. Here you see the King and Queen.

The whole place is surrounded by different shops selling all kinds of trinkets.

They even had Groot!! (Only his head)

One of my favorite shops is the wooden mug one! This year my boyfriend got me one  (second picture) and I'm so incredibly happy. I never really thought I needed one but it's so cool just having one.
The guy who makes them is super nice and tells you the process of making one, it's quite lengthy but if you want more information or want a mug of your own check out his website here but I do believe it is closed now and will reopen next fall.

They also have a jousting show, which we got there late so I couldn't really see much unless I was on my tippytoes. But my boyfriend was still able to get some pretty cool shots.

And there you have it. My fall weekend of picking pumpkins and going to festivals. Hope you enjoys the pictures and sorry it took so long! I promise I'll be updating more often, or at least try to.
That's all for now! Until next time~
